Before founding FlexyHomes Florida, I spent two decades in the corporate world — building technical and operational depth across complex, high-stakes environments. That background shapes how we approach every acquisition: with disciplined underwriting, clear risk parameters, and a focus on execution over speculation.
I started investing in real estate in 2013 — building a portfolio across Canada, Mexico, and the United States over the years. The decision to focus active acquisition strategy on Cape Coral came in 2025, after identifying it as one of the strongest SFR markets in the country for distressed acquisition and value-add renovation.
FlexyHomes operates with a lean, focused team and a clear mandate: find good deals, renovate them properly, and build a durable Cape Coral portfolio. Every decision is made close to the deal — fast, informed, and without the friction that slows larger organizations down.
The business is run remotely from Playa del Carmen, Mexico, built around strong local Cape Coral relationships, vetted contractors, and a repeatable acquisition process. Geography doesn't slow us down — strong local relationships and clear systems make sure of it.
